About the Project:
Morgan Sindall Infrastructure has been awarded the civils and construction management contract on the 20 year Programme and Project Partnership framework with Sellafield Ltd.
At the core of the partnership is collaborative working, with the framework being delivered in conjunction with four other organisations.
The overriding aim of the Programme and Project Partnership is to bring together individuals with the right values and behaviours to deliver world class projects on the Sellafield site.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Estimator – Level 1, you will:
- Developing and owning the target cost for civil and MEICA on large major projects through close liaison with the supply chain and lot partners
- Self-motivated and ability to coordinate with teams working in different locations on common projects
- Formulate the required documentation, target cost and supporting the approval process
- Challenge and evaluate supply chain package offers in line with the works information
Skills and Experienced required:
- Experience and competency in producing target costs for Major Projects for civil and MEICA including time management, high standard deliverables and support through the governance stage.
- Working in collaborative teams and working with a wide range of subject matter experts
- Good understanding of major civil projects including specialist trades
- Coordination and capture of project risk and opportunities
