About the Project:

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure has been awarded the civils and construction management contract on the 20 year Programme and Project Partnership framework with Sellafield Ltd.

At the core of the partnership is collaborative working, with the framework being delivered in conjunction with four other organisations.

The overriding aim of the Programme and Project Partnership is to bring together individuals with the right values and behaviours to deliver world class projects on the Sellafield site.

Responsibilities:

As a Pre – Contract Manager, you will:

  • Responsible for the pre-contract leadership, coordination across lot partners and development of the internal gate approval stages
  • Self-motivated and ability to manage teams working in different locations on common projects
  • Provide direction for / and formulate the required documentation, target cost and supporting the approval process
  • Provide leadership in meeting the key deliverable dates of Major Projects and Site Wide Improvements
  • Collaborate with the Lot partners on the agreed Drivers for Change of: Sellafield Mission Change, Value for Money and Economic Return.

Skills and Experienced required:

  • Experience and competency in leading Major Projects for civil and MEICA pre-contract activities including time management, high standard deliverables and governance stage ownership.
  • Working in collaborative teams and managing a wide range of subject matter experts
  • Good understanding of major civil projects including specialist trades
  • Coordination and capture of project risk and opportunities
