Description

The sucessful candidate will be based at Tamworth, we require a professional marketing graduate or equivalent, to assist and work closely with the National Sales Director to provide Marketing Support for the wider business and our eight regions.

The succesful candidate will possess a degree in Marketing or have the relevant work experience.

  • Responsibility for the updating, development and implementation of the company brand guidelines
  • Responsibility for the updating and development of the company websites
  • Responsibility for the strategy, management and monitoring of the Lovell corporate social media accounts and PR
  • Responsibility for the monitoring of Social Media accounts and aligning strategies for all Sales outlets throughout the company
  • Responsibility for implementing the marketing strategies aligned to the overall business plan as well as regional business plans
  • Responsibility for updating, labelling and storage of our national image library
  • The creation and implementation of social media and digital marketing methodology on all sales outlets in accordance with Lovell Partnerships Marketing Procedures
  • Monitor the production of all Lovell New Homes email campaigns for developments and co-ordinate design development on the CRM customer journey automated templates
  • Maintain and update both the Lovell New Homes and Lovell Corporate websites
  • Co-ordinate and commission the production process of Lovell corporate email campaigns
  • Provide general marketing assistance to the Lovell Executive team
  • Provide ongoing assistance to the regional sales departments in marketing strategies including weekly advertising involving digital media
  • Coordinate the development of Brand Guidelines including the national standard Marketing Suite arena project
  • Co-ordination and delivery of all national and international corporate events as and when required
  • Monitor, collate and record, evaluate and report tracking activity for websites, social media channels and telephone calls (Infinity / Google Analytics)
  • Provide assistance and training to the regions with regard to digital marketing systems and procedures to ensure understanding
