We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled Customer Care Operative to support the Operations Department in attending to issues in our newly built homes for both planned and on occasion reactive maintenance, across the South Wales & South West of England.
The successful applicant will report to the Build Manager and will ideally be multi-skilled and comfortable liaising with the homeowners and other contractors. They will need initiative and able to take responsibility for the health and safety of both themselves and the occupants of the property while carrying out their duties.
The ideal candidate will have an experienced skill set of carpentry, decorating, patch plaster, mastic/sealing at minimum. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working on their own initiative but follows procedures and is totally customer focused.
