A bit about what you’d be doing
We’re looking for someone to develop their visualising & design skills working within a small team that undertakes design, preconstruction and also supports our live project teams. We work on a variety of projects varying in size which offers you the chance to experience some of the most prestigious projects that the fit-out market has to offer.
You’ll be helping the design team to understand the client’s needs whilst reviewing the current drawings.
You will be working with the pre-construction and design teams to develop a compelling presentation using 3D modelling.
Working with the designers and technical team to visualise the concept to support the bid and live projects.
Play a crucial role in the design process through the refining of the design.
You’ll be advising the pre-construction team on the lead times for the visualisation processes and agreeing to timelines for this process.
You will be making yourself available to attend design meetings on a regular basis.
