The role
Sending out information via project plus (internal project management system) to subcontractors and internal teams.
Setting up the project files.
Logging price return dates and setting return expectations with subcontractors.
Logging subcontract returns for review by Estimators.

You pick up new tasks quickly.

Someone who has good communication skills, and can talk to new people daily.
Someone who is reliable, and consistent.
Someone who can handle pressure when new tasks and objectives are given to them.
