Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for a talented HR and Training Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated HR professionals.

As a HR and Training Coordinator you will be the key point of contact for HR and training enquiries and provide timely and effective administrative support to the HR Business Partner and all business unit employees.

You will provide a comprehensive development and training service to the business unit and contribute to the overall provision of development and training solutions within the business. 

Requirements:

  • Educated to minimum A Level or equivalent in a business related discipline
  • Good working knowledge of company HR procedures and policies
  • IT literate
  • Familiarity with HR databases and systems
  • Experience of providing advice and guidance within a support function
  • Experience of working within an HR or training function
  • Able to work confidentially with sensitive company information
  • Good communications skills and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good persuasive and influencing skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels
