Lovell Tamworth are looking for a Maintenance Operative who will assist with securing the building once all employees have left for the day. To also assist with ad hoc duties such as fire alarm testing, dealing with contractors and deliveries outside of office hours. Candidates are required to cover annual leave of other maintenance operatives this will include early morning cover for 2 hours on occasions.
Hours 12.5 hours per week Mon- Friday 4.30pm -7pm
Main duties will include but are not limited to:
Carry out any tasks as directed by the Business Lounge co-ordinator to facilitate the smooth operation of the Business Lounge and Meeting Room Suite
Carry out emergency maintenance when required
Supervise cleaning staff and assist where applicable
Set up Meeting Rooms as required including any amendments to furniture layout
Assist members of staff around the building as and when required
Ensure that the building is totally secured at the end of the day
