A bit about the role
To take full project responsibility for the delivery of projects, reporting to Operations Director as required
Take full ownership of the project including design, procurement, construction, and handover
Ensure full compliance with the Morgan Lovell quality management systems
Produce reports for the monthly project review meetings.
Actively oversee risk management is observed, understand and communicate potential risks to the wider team
Implementing risk measures that ensure quality
Deliver projects that are completed to the highest quality and on or ahead of programme.
Be proactive to ensure that projects are properly resourced to ensure that delivery and safety target are met.
Support the pre-construction teams in winning work
Take full responsibility for Health & Safety across all allocated projects
