VACANCY - CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR.

 

We are looking for a well organised and committed Customer Services Administrator to join our customer services team based at our Leeds office.

 

The role includes working within a small team, assisting in the logging and rectification of new home defects / snags post handover of plots from build, delivering a quality customer service to our customers. 

 

The daily duties will include dealing with calls / emails from our customers, raising works on our CRM  system, instructing and liaising with our contractors in getting defects resolved within given timescales, keeping our customers informed throughout the process. 

 

Whilst previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, excellent verbal and written communications, along with an excellent telephone manner, administration and organisational skills are more important.
