We are currently recruiting for talented, motivated and ambitious apprentices in Site Management, Quantity Surveying, and Design Management across our Norwich, Ipswich, Cambridge and Essex locations, which make up the award winning Construction East team.

As an Apprentice Site Manager we will ensure you receive the support and training which will enable you to assist with ensuring that the construction of the project proceeds efficiently. This will eventually include supervising subcontract labour and to coordinate the activities of trade on site.

As an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor we will ensure you receive the support and training which will enable you to assist with the commercial management of a project, take off quantities from construction drawings and ensure payment applications are submitted by cut-off date and all sub contract documents for approval by cut-off date. Eventually assisting in the various subcontract packages from enquiry through to final account.

As an Apprentice Design Manager we will provide support and training so you can become an integral part of the project team throughout the pre-construction and construction phases. Working with a Design Manager to coordinate and review designs from architects, structural engineers and specialists, ensuring our customers’ requirements are delivered on time and on budget.

You will be required to have at minimum, 2 A levels and 5 GCSES grade A-C or (minimum level 4), including maths, or an equivalent qualification. You will be supported through your apprenticeship by our career mentors and experts in your field, given the care and dedication to help you achieve your degree, whilst gaining valuable experience.
