Lovell in London Region, based in Central London, are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to complement the existing site based surveying team at our flagship regeneration development in South East London.
Applicants should be currently employed in the new build housing sector working on multiple phased schemes, with experience of all forms of construction.
You will be required to work on projects within the contract with values of circa £100m. The role will include all the usual day to day surveying duties, including cost reporting and procuring and managing sub-contracts up to circa £15m.
