About the Project:

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure has been awarded the civils and construction management contract on the 20 year Programme and Project Partnership framework with Sellafield Ltd.

At the core of the partnership is collaborative working, with the framework being delivered in conjunction with four other organisations.

The overriding aim of the Programme and Project Partnership is to bring together individuals with the right values and behaviours to deliver world class projects on the Sellafield site. 

Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity within our N|E|W business for a talented Receptionist.

The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated professionals.

As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the office dealing with all enquiries, whether in person or by telephone. This will involve operation of the telephone switchboard and liaison with the staff, internal and external customers and other stakeholders including members of the public.

Requirements:

  • Good standard of education either GCSE level or equivalent (NVQ level 2)
  • Experience of delivering an excellent customer service
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to understand procedures and policies of the organisation
  • Ability to deal effectively with colleagues
  • Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
  • Good writing, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Know when to ask for help and guidance
