- Production of offer letters and employment contracts

- Resignation acceptance letters
- Coordination with payroll in relation to final pay
- Closing down employee records on HR system
- Management of any redundancy processes end to end
- Production of settlement agreements when required
· Update & Maintenance of HR system (Cascade)
- Input leavers, starters, employee changes & updates, etc.
- Reports (monthly and as required)
- Annual holiday updates
- Reconciliation of HR system with changes to T&Cs
· Absence
- Monitoring both short and long-term sickness
- Coordination of SSP, occupational health assessments and return to work support
- Return to work interviews
- Organisation of Income Protection and other insurance claims
· Disciplinary, Work Performance, Dismissals & Grievances
- Advising MDs with regards to options and legislation
- Providing support throughout processes
- Attendance at meetings and record keeping
· General HR Administration
- Letters: salary & bonus updates, job title changes, transfers and promotions, references, maternity leave confirmation, end of probation
- Updates of beneficiary & emergency contact details
- Provision of staff figures and information for pre-qualification documents
- Updating policies, contracts, standard forms, staff handbooks, etc.
- Monthly and quarterly board pack reports
- Answering general employee queries & providing support
- Ad-hoc payroll queries
· Project Work
- Coordination and responsibility of key projects within the HR team as directed by the Head of People and in line with the People Plan
· Other
- Visits to regional offices as required
- Employee updates / communications
- Management of any employment tribunal claims
- Attendance at employment law update events
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation
