Customer Care Technician
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager / Customer Service Administration team, you will be responsible for undertaking internal / external remedial works for New Home purchasers throughout Yorkshire, Humberside and Lincolnshire.
Responsibilities
Carrying out decorative making-good (small area plaster patching and décor) the inspection, reporting and correction of minor faults, tiling, grouting, shower leak investigations / repair & joinery adjustments (easing doors etc).
You will be the representative of company when working in customers’ homes and it will be your responsibility to ensure that our customers are happy with any repairs carried out.

Applications
Ideally, you will have a multi-trade background and must have some knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety regulations. You should feel comfortable working at height and using ladders safely. Excellent communication skills are essential as is a full driving licence and the ability to work efficiently and effectively without supervision.
