Lovell London Region is operational in London, the M25, the Home Counties and further afield in Hampshire. The business is focused upon the construction of new build private sale and affordable housing and we are now seeking an experienced Customer Care Manager to join our aftercare team.
The main responsibilities are to maintain high standards and deliver continuous improvement in the Lovell customer experience, through effective management and motivation of the Customer Care Coordinators and Operatives.
You will need to demonstrate proven experience of your:
- Practical knowledge and understanding of construction materials and techniques
- Skills in best methods of defects rectification
- Knowledge and understanding of Lovell's responsibility for defects
- Man management and effective communication
A full CSCS card is essential.
The role involves visiting customers in their homes to undertake detailed defect assessments and inspections in line with NHBC guidelines and offer a practical and appropriate solution, seeing the defect through from start to satisfactory completion, whilst maintaining good communications and relationship with the householder.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in new build construction, in addition to confident verbal and written communication skills, efficient administration and excellent time management and organisational skills.
The successful applicant must be willing to travel extensively throughout our geographic region which includes Greater London, Hampshire and the Home Counties.
