What will you be doing?
- Managing the Subcontractor ledger for Morgan Lovell’s London and Southern teams.
- Ensuring the appropriate authority is in place to make payments.
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC’s Construction Industry Scheme.
- Chasing VAT invoices covering subcontractor certificates to ensure efficient cash flow.
- Maintaining and updating Subcontractor insurance details.
- Working as part of a finance team of 5 covering ad-hoc queries where necessary.
- Supporting Financial Controllers, Contracts Managers and the wider teams in both London and Southern.
