Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Building Service Manager.

The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated managers.

We are looking for managers who have a wealth of knowledge in the main contracting market.

Experience of working on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes between £5 and £20 million is an advantage.

We are looking for people who share our passion for the project at hand whilst also being able to work within a fun and hardworking team environment.

Responsibilities:

As a building services manager you will:

  • Manage the various mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) related subcontractors through their contractor design portion (COP) design development, site installation and commissioning.
  • Ensure all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the contract programme.

Already experienced as a building services manager, you will be qualified in mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing disciplines.  You will have a full understanding of detailed MEP procedures and will have a good level of technical and professional expertise.  You will have the ability to produce MEP design, installation and commissioning programmes.
