What will you be doing?

  • Create, coordinate pitch and tender documents both printed and electronic (90% is InDesign based)
  • Create storyboards for the tender proposals and distribute to the pitch team
  • Create the look and feel for the tender proposals alongside the designers to agree the approach to the response document including format and structure
  • Creating bespoke tender documents, utilising some sections of previous tender documents as a base, editing and tailoring where possible to suit each client’s corporate style
  • Liaise with the printers for the production of tender proposals – setting deadlines for everyone to meet the print deadline
  • Working with a calm demeaner even with a heavy workload and ensuring highest standards in all tender are achieved and maintained
  • Create supporting documents for tenders
  • Create pitch AV presentations
  • Attending pitch rehearsals where necessary
  • Collaborating with the designers to update the design sections for the AV
  • Create agendas for pitches, as well as pre-start meetings and general meetings
  • Create/fill in all PQQ and questionnaires
  • Updating and sending the credentials documents
  • Attend relevant kick off meetings for new projects
  • Assist the designers with their sections for documents as well as helping with look & feel documents 
  • Help to create leave behind documents for clients
  • Update CRM in kick off meetings as well as when asked by Project Directors

About you

We are looking for someone creative, keen, helpful, curious, with an eye for detail, someone who thrives on engaging with people.  We are open and willing to explore new ideas, especially if they enhance our approach so if you feel confident in identifying opportunities and communicating them to a wide and diverse audience this might be the role you’ve been holding out for. A working knowledge of InDesign and CRM is a real plus but not essential.
