Opportunity:
As a Sub-Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Project Manager managing Infrastructure Facilities projects. Working in compliance with the Sellafield Limited SLPs, ISA CMP and local management arrangements. The position covers delivery of project scope within existing facilities and planned new build on the Sellafield nuclear licenced site. The works shall be delivered in a highly regulated environment, ensuring compliance with Sellafield Limited Procedures, ISA Collaborative Management Plans and local site arrangements.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline
- Experience in the management of projects on complex brownfield sites.
- Experienced in managing full project life cycle delivery, including following a structured framework to develop solutions, scope, schedule and cost.
- Track record of safe and successful delivery and a sound understanding of the processes and tools employed to achieve this.
- Positive, energetic and resilient approach to driving delivery forward.
- Previous experience of working on Sellafield site is preferred but not essential.
- Experience of successfully managing allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion,
- Experience in delivering work that meets project requirements,

The ISA is an integrated team which consists of three delivery partners; Sellafield Limited, Morgan Sindall and Arup. Working in joint venture with Arup, Morgan Sindall is responsible for a £1.1 billion long term contract to provide essential infrastructure assets to the Sellafield Ltd site.
