Starting in September 2021, you will be recruited as a Quantity Surveying Graduate, and will complete a structured 6 week induction to the business before focussing on your role.   During the two years of the programme you will work mainly in offices at our sites learning the art and science of quantity surveying, but also spend 6 week placements in broader business departments (site management, technical, business development and others) to gain an insight into the wider business.  In addition you will attend graduate programme days at our head office in Tamworth and around the business.  You will also complete the Institute of Leadership and Management’s Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills as an introduction to the world of management and we will support your progress towards full RICS membership.
