The role details
An engaging person confident in providing definitive H&S advice, guidance and support to operational management teams in a manner which is readily accepted by the recipients.
Providing guidance and support in establishing a risk-based culture and approach to the management of H&S.
Someone with experience of effectively motivating personnel to advance their levels of performance, productivity and professionalism, successfully supporting highly dynamic and focused teams.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills including dynamic presentations and writing of reports, documents, results of inspections and investigations, and for follow ups along with maintaining records.
Precise strategic planning to accommodate safety goals and elevating them to a highly reputed status.
Coaching and mentoring employees and supply chain in order to introduce and develop an understanding of potential and health & safety behavioural culture change in a decentralised business.
Strong ability to utilise a high degree of creativity, innovation, initiative and vision in order to achieve objectives, solve complex problems and present new concepts and ideas.
Preparing monthly H&S and statistical reports and attending Client, business and Group meetings to discuss H&S performance and influence areas for improvement.
Utilising a participative, supportive, results-orientated training style with a high emphasis on inspiration, personal motivation and the overall improvement of professional relations on an on-going basis.
You will need to have a current qualification NEBOSH Cert in Construction or GradIOSH.
