Opportunities: 
 
We are looking for a interior design/architecture university graduate, who is looking to move into a site-based, trainee Design Manager position.  
 
You would be employed as a Graduate Design Manager and would be responsible for supporting and learning from experienced Design Managers within the business.  
 
This would include: 
 
- Assisting with developing the architects design brief with consideration for any environmental accreditations - Assisting with tender interviews. - Assisting with the review of proposed sub-contractor designs  - Assisting in mock-up and sample sign off - To assist with providing support to Project Managers, if design issues arise on site. - To assist with reviewing the quality of design installation - To support in managing sub-contractor and client relationship 
 
This role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme) within the business, allowing the opportunity of additional training and development. 
 
Our Foundation Programme 

The Foundation Programme is our two-year training programme. It provides you with a rounded perspective of our business via training and mentoring across the business. Getting exposure to all parts of our business is important as we want you to get to know us, our people and how we work.  
 
The programme is driven by a structured two-year training curriculum designed to develop your business and technical skills. These training sessions allow you to gain an understanding of how we operate as a business.   
 
The programme allows you to gain understanding of how the business works and how all disciplines work together. You are given responsibility as part of the team, but also the necessary support for your development.  
 
Upon completion of the Foundation Programme, you will go on to develop and grow your career within the business – the development and progression opportunities do not end with the programme.
