An opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to be located at our West Midlands office based in Quinton, Birmingham to supplement regional growth.

Due to current and expected growth, we have recently re-positioned the work winning and ‘front-end’ parts of the business in order that we can meet and sustain this challenge. This has created an opportunity for a candidate to join the regions commercial department, predominantly producing estimates for land opportunities.
Using the company’s bespoke estimating software you will be expected to produce detailed, accurate and robust land tenders capable of presentation to Directors at settlement meetings. To achieve this, you will have an excellent working knowledge of construction methods and techniques, have experience and ability to quantify drawings, produce robust subcontract tender enquiries and analyse quotations all in compliance with prevailing company policies and procedures.
Have knowledge and experience of delivering land bids. This role demands flexibility, an ability to multi-task, running several variant opportunities at the same time to establish optimum results, have an understanding of ground solutions and cut and fill analysis, together with solid commercial acumen and good computer skills.
