Due to the growth plans and expansion in the Lovell South West of England, we are currently seeking to appoint a proactive and highly motivated Assistant Site Manager to join our New Build Operational Team. This is initially a Project based role to deliver 412 New Build Homes in Ludgershall, Wiltshire.
The successful applicant will report to a Senior Site Manager and Build Manager and will have already gained experience in all areas of site production and programme, as well as material delivery and cost control.
Health & Safety and Quality standards are paramount and responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to business management systems, NHBC standards and the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
We are looking for an assertive and confident individual who is proactive, flexible and able to take ownership for their work, combined with the ability to develop strong management and communication skills. Being able to deputise for the Senior Site Manager from time to time is a prerequisite.
The role requires development of positive relationships with both internal and external customers and clients, with strong focus on service delivery and Customer satisfaction.
