We are looking to recruit a Development Coordinator in the Eastern region due to continued business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to move into a well-respected and diverse organisation.

We develop new housing, construct and create homes for rent, shared ownership and open market sale. Lovell’s expertise is creating large-scale and social renewal throughout the country.
The successful candidate will ensure Lovell carry out its contractual responsibilities for co-ordination of construction details, manage the flow of design information and manage input specialist sub-contractors.
Accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Management of the design process during construction
- Compliance of Contractual responsibilities
- Provide technical advice as necessary
- Review design and specifications to provide added value
- Monitor and release design interface between packages
Skills and experience required:
- HNC in Construction or equivalent
- ACIAT, ACIOB, RMAPS
- Experience in New Build and Design
- Knowledge of Code for Sustainable Homes and current standards and legislation
- A proven team player
- Demonstration of skills in co-ordinating the distribution of information and engineering of consultant designs
