The successful applicant will be an integrate part of the Morgan Lovell London team working alongside our pre-construction team and Office Manager. The role would suit a well-organized motivated individual with previous relevant experience in providing support to multiple team members.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Up-loading tender packs to our internal information management system.
Up-loading drawings to the internal information with precision and accuracy.
Managing documents
Administering our Customer Relationship Management system
Providing front of house and reception cover
Supporting the business with the logging, printing and scanning of incoming tender packs, drawings and programmes.
Actively assisting the Head of Pre-construction with administrative support.
