About the Role

Working closely with the Marketing Director and supporting the wider marketing team, the role will provide marcomms support over a variety of projects, complementing the business’ growth strategy through the effective execution of the marcomms plan.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Supporting with internal marcomms activities ranging from staff announcements to the staff magazine and cultural/social events using a variety of platforms (email/intranet/Yammer)
  • Supporting with external marcomms activities including website, social media and sponsorship/industry events
  • Acting as a brand champion; setting and maintaining quality standards in accordance with our brand guidelines
  • Supporting the preparation of work winning collateral as required, including CVs, case studies, headshots, prequalification and proposal materials
  • Supporting the business development team as needed

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • A confident and organised project coordinator with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, able to manage and meet multiple project deadlines
  • Ability to build relationships with a variety of people across all sectors and at multiple levels

Desirable

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite an advantage but not essential
  • Knowledge of German and/or French languages also an advantage but not essential
