About the Role

Working closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and supporting the wider business development team, the role will contribute to improving our bid win rate through the management and development of creative, eye-catching proposal responses, supporting the business’ growth strategy through the effective execution of the work winning process.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Preparing selection questionnaires, PQQs and brand-compliant tender submissions
  • Writing, editing and proof-reading tenders and bid documentation before submission
  • Working with a variety of bid team members to develop customer-centric win strategies and to collate, coordinate and review responses, ensuring timely completion and full compliance with tender requirements
  • Following corporate bid management protocols and processes
  • Gathering market, competitor and client intelligence as needed
  • Identifying and distributing commercial opportunities through various web portals
  • Preparation of work winning collateral (presentations, CVs, case studies, capability evidence, award submissions, internal announcements)

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • A confident and organised project coordinator with good verbal and writing communication skills
  • Positive attitude, able to manage and meet multiple project deadlines
  • Ability to build relationships with a variety of people across all sectors and at multiple levels
  • Total commitment to quality, accuracy and detail

Desirable

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite an advantage but not essential
  • German and or French language skills an advantage but not essential
  • Ideally degree or equivalent standard educated (eg English, Journalism, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering or Architecture etc)
