About the Role

Purpose:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Administrator, the purpose of the role is to support with the day to day financial control, reporting and commercial performance management of one or more projects from award up to final account.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the commercial control of all allocated projects including provision of timely and accurate documentation with the reporting timetable as required by the SQS/QS.
  • Providing effective commercial administrative support to the management team or function.
  • Assistance with the production of accurate valuations and/or SOR billing undertaken as required.
  • General contract duties including correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, memos, e-mails and accurate record keeping.
  • Arranging internal meetings and taking of minutes.
  • Make use of computerised packages, e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook to assist the commercial Administration function.
  • Utilise the iMS system and Commercial Management Rules to ensure standards and consistency across the business
  • Assist in implementing all our policies, company and industry standards and initiatives and support in contractual compliance across all projects as directed.

About You

  • Previous SOR experience preferable
  • Knowledge and understanding of administrative contract record
  • Good understanding of IT systems and package Excellent organisational skills
