We are a construction management company — we build and refurbish the facilities that other people work in. We operate in a variety of sectors including financial, education, retail, media, health and leisure, undertaking projects which range in value from £10k to over £200m.

Opportunities:

We are on the lookout for a Junior Creative to join our exciting pitch team bidding for high value office fit out projects for some of the UK’s biggest companies. Our ethos is to provide world class creative materials that support the story of how Overbury deliver exceptional workplaces. We do everything in house- graphics, motion, 3d, production, technical, film, photography, print, design, producing, websites, you name it- we do it. We take our creatively super seriously and are always looking to up the ante.

Your role will be supporting the production and delivery of world class creative materials for the pitch team. You should be comfortable with all thing’s computer. From Adobe Suite to 3d, Film to Camera, a natural flair for picking up complex technology and using it to help communicate memorable stories.

You must have a keen interest in all things creative and are up to date with current trends, new technology and constantly looking at new visual ways of communicating a story to our clients. You deeply care about your work and the details but also want to be part of a team and collaborate on some awesome projects.

This would include:

  • Hands on – From shooting in a studio, to editing a short, to creating a micro website, you need to be versatile and comfortable with the unknown
  • Organised - to help meet tight and often changing deadlines
  • Communication - excellent written & verbal communication
  • Can-do attitude - no matter how big or small, you are happy to try any task assigned, but have the confidence to ask for help if you are unsure about anything
  • Presentation skills - deliver outstanding creative presentations

Our Foundation Programme

The Foundation Programme is our two-year training programme. The programme is driven by a structured training curriculum designed to develop your business and technical skills. These training sessions allow you to gain an understanding of how we operate as a business.  

The programme allows you to gain understanding of how the business works and how all disciplines work together. You are given responsibility as part of the team, but also the necessary support for your development.

Upon completion of the Foundation Programme, you will go on to develop and grow your career within the business – the development and progression opportunities do not end with the programme.
