Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Recruitment Co-ordinator.

We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.  The successful candidate will be joining the existing Human Resources team of passionate and dedicated staff.

Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will support our Construction London & Home Counties project teams to assist in the drive forward of their recruitment.  Working the end to end recruitment lifecycle, you will work with the business to ensure that we are sourcing the best in the business and delivering an excellent service to both internal stakeholders and external candidates.  You will also liaise with our supplying partners to ensure a smooth process is followed.

You will be educated to a minimum A Level or equivalent in a business-related discipline and have a background in recruiting for construction with strong experience in recruitment lifecycle and procedures and policies. Experience of working in recruitment either in house or with a recruitment agency previously is essential.
