About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing training administration; including claiming funding from CITB, booking of training, keeping training records up to date and supporting the administration of all learners.
  • Managing all aspects of day to day HR administration, processing HR Policies and Process and advising management as required
  • Recruitment; supporting the ATS process; ensuring that all approvals are obtained, on-boarding is completed in a timely fashion, tracking is maintained.

About You 

  • Previous HR/Training administration experience is preferred 
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Must have an excellent team working ethos and actively seek resolutions to issues
  • Must own issues and see through to resolution
  • Must have an ability to identify risk, understand cost impact associated with certain actions and raise concerns as appropriate.
  • Must have an excellent customer service approach with a can do attitude.
