Fixed Term – 6 Months – 37.5 Hours

We are looking to recruit a HR & Training Administrator to join our HR Team on an initial 6 Month Fixed Term Contract in Leeds. (Could possibly rise to 12 months)

About the Role

Within this role, your main responsibility will be to coordinate and manage the end-to-end administration of our Training process, from receiving training request forms, sourcing providers, liaising with external providers, manage bookings, raising purchase orders to filing all certificates, ensuring our Tracker and Systems are up to date at all times.

You will also assist the team with aspects of the day-to-day HR Administration tasks.

About You

Candidates will have previous experience within a HR / Training administration role with excellent customer service skills and a can-do approach. With great attention to detail, a strong team working ethos, you’ll have the ability to identify risk, understand cost impact associated with certain actions and raise any concerns as appropriate. You will have strong Microsoft Office skills specifically with Excel.
