Opportunity:

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented person to join our Learning & Development team.

The successful candidate does not necessarily have to have knowledge of the industry, or the field of learning and development, but they do have to be organised, have a positive mindset, enjoy working with other people and have the willingness to share ideas and learn new skills.

We would like the successful candidate to be proficient with Microsoft Office and be confident to learn new IT systems.

Responsibilities:

The learning & development co-ordinator role, reporting to the head of learning & development, is one which will enable you to gain an understanding of the business approach to learning and development and be able to offer support to all internal stakeholders as required. 

 

The three key elements of the role will include:

 

  • Administration Management | manage the administration and organisation of the learning and development events and activities within Morgan Sindall Construction.
  • Performance Management System | support the roll out and maintenance of the newly developed performance management system.
  • Construction Academy | management of the content and records within the learning management system.
