Responsibilities:
As an Office Manager/PA/Framework Performance & Administration Co-Ordinator you will:
- Be responsible for providing confidential administrative and PA support to the director of Integrated Strategic Business
- Review reports, ensuring all information is up to date and the presenting is in line with Branding Guidelines.
- Prioritise and manage, multiple internal projects including internal training days and staff briefings.
Already experienced as an Office Manager/PA/Framework Performance & Administration Co-Ordinator you will be highly computer literate in all Microsoft office applications (for example Word, Outlook, Excel) and experience of office costing systems. You will have experience of managing and maintaining database systems and organising record keeping systems.
