We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking and committed people person to join our team as a Sales Administrator, based in Gildersome Leeds

Do you have experience in open market sales and the legal process?  Do you have experience with excel and IT admin systems?

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing reports both regionally and nationally on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Keeping all sales records up to date on our CRM system. Responding to and dealing with legal correspondence and queries on plot sales. Forecasting and managing legal completions. Forecasting and maintaining HTB funding. Providing completion statements. This role also encompasses achieving excellent results via customer satisfaction and the 'Customer Journey' in compliance with our Sales Policies and Procedures. Own transport and full driving licence is essential.
