Our Placement Programme

We offer 12 month industrial placements to students looking for a year in industry as part of their degree.  The programme has been designed to give you the best possible exposure to our business, during the year you will be involved in some or all of the following areas, depending on your discipline:

  • Contract planning
  • Preconstruction
  • Quantity Surveying/Commercial
  • Safety, Health & Environment
  • Site Management
  • Design Management
  • Tender Planning
  • Construction Engineering

What you’ll gain

You’ll gain valuable experience by working on real projects and alongside graduates and experienced professionals.  We also encourage and support our undergraduates to start gathering evidence relating to the professional institution structured development programme, relevant to your discipline.

Upon completion of the programme, you could leave with a graduate job offer and sponsorship for your final year at university.

What happens next?

You will be contacted by phone for an initial Microsoft Teams interview and if successful may be asked to second interview and/or Assessment Centre.  We also may ask you to complete a Predictive Index Behavioural Assessment prior to your first interview.
