We are currently seeking to appoint proactive and highly motivated Sales Maintenance Operative for the New Build operations within the Midlands.

The role requires preparing plots for handover, maintenance to occupied properties, maintenance to stock properties, show homes and marketing suites. Quality and Health & Safety standards are paramount.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine commitment to the construction industry and ability to work to clear deadlines.
We are looking for a confident individual who is pro-active, flexible and able to take ownership for their work, combined with a professional manner and communication skills when dealing with the public, clients and residents.
A full driving licence is essential for the role as the candidate will be required to drive to all developments within the Region.
