We are currently seeking to recruit a Retrofit Coordinator for our refurbishment team within the Midlands region.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

 

We are seeking to employ a retrofit coordinator to support our expanding retrofit/decarbonisation projects across social housing in the East & West Midlands. You will be providing the business, our clients and our external stakeholders with knowledge and support throughout the whole retrofit process ensuring that we are fully compliant with PAS2035:2019.

 

Ideally you will be DEA qualified and able to support our Clients (usually Local Authorities and Registered Providers in social housing) in understanding their stock, oversee retrofit assessments, prepare or commission PAS2035 surveys and designs overseeing the whole PAS2035:2019 retrofit process including medium term plans for domestic dwellings.

Supporting our business from inception to completion you will need to liaise with our bid team, site operations team, any appointed consultants such as Retrofit Assessors, Designers and Installers along with our Clients and their residents ensuring that the whole retrofit process ‘end to end’ is PAS2035:2019 compliant.

You should be qualified to Retrofit Coordinator with:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
  • Ideally Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and be proficient with rdSAP software

Ideally experienced with a social housing background being able to provide practical solutions, with a wealth of building technical  knowledge. Be a good communicator, well organised and pro-active with a ‘can-do’ attitude.

The role will include supporting the business with PR, tenders and maintaining good Client relationships.
