We are currently seeking to appoint three proactive and highly motivated Site Management Trainees to aid the site teams within the Midlands region.

Long established in affordable housing, Lovell’s residential business has evolved in recent years to provide a truly national construction solution.  Lovell is the nation’s complete housing specialist and we’re dedicated to delivering excellence in everything we do.

The successful applicant will report to the Site Manager/Senior Site Manager/Project Manager and Build Manager and will undertake all duties related to Site Management under the direction of the Site Management team. Monitoring & controlling quality and health & Safety standards are paramount and responsibilities include adherence to business management systems, NHBC/LABC standards and the Considerate Constructors Scheme. The successful candidate will undertake training and qualifications relating to the role in line with the Lovell training matrix.

The role requires the development of positive relationships with both internal and external customer and clients, with a strong focus on service delivery and client satisfaction against project KPI’s.

We are looking for an individual who will share our vision and passion for the construction industry, someone who wants to deliver the very best in class for our customers and business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with an up to date CSCS card & vehicle banksman qualification.

We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable individual who is confident, flexible and able to take ownership of their work.
