Responsibilities:
As a sub agent you will be:
- Weekly detailed liaison with the Design and Engineering Team Leads (based in Risley | Warrington), to progress and conclude all fit out design packages associated with internal masonry, dry lining partitioning and composite wall systems, plastering, fire stopping, ceilings, secondary steelwork, fixtures, fittings and equipment, floor preparation, floor coverings, wall finishes, carpentry and joinery, metal doors and including automation and security doors and key interfaces with Civils, temporary works (internal/external scaffolding), Envelope and Mechanical Electrical Instrumentation Controls Automation (MEICA).
- Work with Line of Sight, Procurement and Commercial Departments to compile Scope of Works for a broad range of fit out packages.
- Proactively and collaboratively liaise with key interfaces from the Civils, Envelope and MEICA Teams to collaboratively deliver all requirements of the PPP SRP Project.
- A key contributor to collaborative planning workshops to successfully deliver the requirements of the Project Base Line and Deterministic Schedule.
- Contribute to weekly, fortnightly and month end Reports for design deliverables and site activities.
- Responsible for the management of the construction site / floor plates in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers’ objectives.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact and cost control, perfect delivery.
- Experience with compiling, reviewing, commenting on and approving Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
- Preparation of weekly, fortnightly and monthly Logistics Plans due to the nature of the building.
- Preparation of internal Traffic Management Plans TMP’s covering MEWPS, Pop Ups, scaffolding and alloy towers.
- Develop detailed Inspection & Test Plans for fit out activities and utilise on site at designated hold points to provide a comprehensive weight of evidence compliance with drawings, specifications and manufacturers details.
- Implement and maintain a robust Area Release process between Specialist Trades throughout.
- Implement and maintain an Inspection ‘Snagging’ Tool for all elements of the Project i.e. Fieldview.
- Building Controller (Training provided), BC on a shared basis.
- Experience with Process Type buildings would be beneficial.
Already experienced as a sub agent you will have a relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng) or equivalent and you will have extensive Fit Out construction experience in multiple construction sectors. You will be able to produce, explain accurate plans and drawings and you will have a comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, health and safety, environmental and legal regulations.

The ISA provides Sellafield Ltd with the capability and capacity to deliver a growing programme of infrastructure projects required for an aging asset portfolio. The alliance is mainly aimed at protecting and developing the utility assets; however, it also has scope for a number of non-utility asset projects as well.
