Salary: Highly Competitive

Job and Contract Type: Full Time or Part Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week; Flexibility with daily hours. ‘Happy to talk Flexible and Agile Working’

What we need from you

Reporting to the HR Business Partner of our Scotland Region, you will work closely with our multi-disciplined HR and L&D team across the UK to support the delivery of our People Strategy and be an ambassador for our learning culture!  

  • You will need the right to work in the UK.
  • Are you an experienced learning and development professional with a passion to help our people reach their full potential?
  • Do you hold a Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development, CIPD, or equivalent or can demonstrate extensive L&D experience?
  • Can you demonstrate the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders of various levels to help embed our ways of learning for our people?
  • You’ll need strong administration and coordination skills to assisting in the booking and organising of all training needs whilst assisting in the effective management of our L&D budget.
  • Be able to support wider L&D projects to help our people develop
  • Early Careers experience would be an advantage so support our Early Careers Development Programme.
  • You will need to be able to drive and provide a full UK Driving check
