We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Maintenance Operative for New Build operations within the Midlands Region.

Role Description:
- Take instruction from our Co-ordinators
- Arrive on time to all appointments with any necessary materials to complete the tasks
- Resolve defects in a professional and efficient manner, to a high standard
- Obtain written acceptance from the customer following completion of work
- Completion of forms and documents; written and electronic (on iPad)
- Carry out inspections with the completion of a suitable report (including photographs)
- Identification of repetitive defects
Required Skills and Experience
A comprehensive knowledge of construction and ability to problem-solve defects. You are likely to have a trade background (i.e. painting and decorating; carpentry and joinery).
Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Exhibit high service standards to ensure customer expectations are met.
