We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join the HR & Training team on a one year maternity cover contract. However, the upside is that there are always opportunities for progression at Lovell and a permanent role is highly likely to present itself during your year with us.

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in a busy training department within the construction industry, together with having had some exposure to training delivery. If you have been a training administrator in the past you will know the many responsibilities required to ensure the department runs smoothly. You will also know that confidentiality and discretion are vital attributes. Further details are in the attached job description. No two days will be the same!

It would be desirable if you possess an HR or training qualification or are working towards one, either standalone or as part of a business administration degree for example.

You will need to be adaptable, flexible, reliable and with an easy-going nature. If you are pro-active, self-motivated with plenty of initiative then this role would appeal to you. Your keyboard skills should be accurate and your attention to detail of the highest calibre.

This is a maternity cover for a period of at least one year commencing October 2022.
