Due to the continued growth and expansion of the Lovell South Wales and South West of England Region, Lovell Partnerships Ltd are currently seeking to appoint a proactive and highly motivated Senior Site Manager to join our Drummond Park site, based in Lugershall, Wiltshire.
The successful applicant will be responsible will be responsible for all areas of site production and programme, as well as material delivery and cost control.
Quality and health & safety standards are paramount and responsibilities include adherence
to business management systems, NHBC standards and the Considerate Constructors Scheme. The role requires development of positive relationships with both internal and external customers and Clients, with strong focus on Service Delivery and Customer satisfaction.
We are looking for assertive and confident individuals who are proactive, flexible and able to take ownership for their work, combined with the ability to develop strong management and communication skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience of Demolition
Control of production and programme including quality control, cost control, site presentation, material delivery and control, sales/customer liaison and liaison with external agencies.
