We are currently seeking to appoint a Build Manager to supplement our existing New Build operations team to cover the Midands region.

Long established in affordable housing, Lovell’s construction business has evolved in recent years to provide a truly national construction solution.  Lovell is the nation’s complete housing specialist and we’re dedicated to delivering excellence in everything we do.

You will report directly to the Regional Operations Director and will assume overall responsibility for a number of New Build developments within our area of operations.

The role requires the development of positive working relationships with both internal/external customers / Clients, with strong emphasis placed on ensuring that Service Delivery, “Best in Class” and Client satisfaction against project specific KPI’s is achieved.

The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience of managing quality, budgets, people and all targets set.  A sound working knowledge of current Building Regulations, NHBC Standards; Health, Safety and Environmental legislation is essential.  Experience of managing design and build, open market and mixed tenure developments is considered essential.

We are looking for an assertive and confident individual who is able to demonstrate strong inter-personal and team playing skills within the workplace.  Sound management and communication skills are also a prerequisite.

A relevant Degree or Professional Qualification e.g. MCIOB is desirable.  A full driving licence is essential to the role.
