If so, we’ve a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Senior Estimator to join us in Newcastle, covering the North East region!
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing and preparing competitive tenders and framework submissions from first principles for construction projects, both new construction and refurbishment and will coordinate and challenge the input from the wider team, including procurement, engineering and commercial, whilst supporting the bid management and quality submission requirements.
About You
You’ll hold an HND/HNC, BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, or extensive estimating experience, or other equivalent qualification with extensive experience in a similar role. Tendering significant bids to win profitable work, demonstrating an innovative and commercial approach. Professional, with excellent communication skills, you’ll have the ability to liaise confidently with internal and external customers, fellow colleagues and other stakeholders.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
