About the role

An opportunity has arisen within the Business Improvement Team for the role of Business Improvement Manager. The role requires training and support of our management systems for all staff within the Morgan Lovell and Overbury brands. Training and presentations for client teams and our supply chain is also a key requirement of the role. The applicant needs to be hardworking and dynamic with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage their own diary. An exciting role that offers people a chance to sit front and centre of the Overbury and Morgan Lovell business’s ensuring effective internal and external support is provided upon demand. Site experience and knowledge of ProjectPLUS, SnagPLUS and quality management would be beneficial.
