A bit about the role
We are looking for an Estimator who has a wealth of knowledge in the Design & Build fit out market.
- Be responsible for managing and preparing tenders from first principles
- Coordinating and challenging the input from the wider construction team including procurement
- Technical services, commercial and supporting the bid management and quality submission requirements
Already experienced as an estimator you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the use of first principle estimating. You will have a sound working knowledge of project management principles and an awareness of current health and safety requirements and changes. You will have experience with a main construction contractor working on similar projects.
Experience of working with Asta Powerproject is a must.
