Lovell Strategic Land is a new business within Lovell, a division of Morgan Sindall Plc. Morgan Sindall Plc has 8 divisions specialising in construction and regeneration in the built environment. Lovell is a housing expert and a leading provider of innovative housing development, refurbishment, and construction throughout the UK. Lovell Strategic Land is a specialist team with the purpose to acquire, promote, master plan, obtain planning permission on longer term opportunities throughout the UK with the aim to feed the Lovell Regions a pipeline of sites for residentially led development. ROLE DESCRIPTION
To prepare planning appraisals, inform and implement strategies for the promotion of residentially led strategic land with the aim to achieve planning consents at the earliest opportunity which are viable, buildable and sets the vision for the site; This is a new business, and this role will need to be flexible whilst the business, processes and systems are being set up with a view to transitioning to a role which will include the duties detailed in the job profile.
